Personal data collected through tigulliosailing.it, enquiries and bookings are used to manage customer contacts, bookings, payments, sailing arrangements, Crew Lists, administrative requirements and legal obligations.

Any health-related information is requested only when relevant to boarding and navigation safety and is handled separately and solely for that purpose.

Personal data may be processed by Wix, payment service providers and other technical or professional providers required to operate the service. Personal data are not sold to third parties.

Operational communications required to organise the sailing experience — including booking confirmations, times, weather information and changes — form part of the service.

Only with optional consent may email addresses and phone numbers be used to provide information about future Tigullio Sailing Experience activities by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

 

Any promotional use of identifiable photographs or videos is governed by a separate image release.
